The new Portrait Displays C6 HDR5000 meter was introduced in August of 2024 along with the release of Calman 5.15.6. Previous versions of Calman will not be able to connect to the device.
A new version of Calman [5.15.6] has been released support the hardware. This can be downloaded from our downloads page.
If your Calman license does not support updating to version 5.15.6, it will not be possible to use a Portrait Displays branded C6 HDR5000. contact our Sales team at sales@portrait.com for upgrade options.
